This Privacy Policy describes how Satisfy Labs and New Projects Games (hereinafter — "Company", "We", "Us") collect, use, and process your information through our mobile applications and games (hereinafter — "Products").

We use two names — Satisfy Labs and New Projects Games — to identify our activities, but legally and practically, they represent the same organization. This policy is universal for all our projects.

1. Data We Collect and Process

By using our Products, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Profile Information: Name, email address, and profile picture when registering via third-party services (Google, Facebook, Apple ID).
• Financial Data: Income/expenses, transaction categories, and history that you enter manually or capture via screenshots/receipts.
• Bank Notification Data: If you grant Notification Access, our app reads incoming bank notifications to automate transaction entries. This data is processed to extract financial information only. We do not store the full content of non-financial notifications.
• Technical Data: Device model, OS version, language, time zone, IP address, and advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID).
• Purchase Data: Transaction IDs and subscription status via App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat.
• Media & Content: Photos and documents you upload for receipt scanning or profile usage.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• To provide core financial tracking and gamification features.
• To process and verify in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• AI-Powered Automation: We use AI services (e.g., Google Gemini) to parse receipts and analyze financial data. Your data is anonymized where possible before AI processing.
• To display personalized advertisements via AdMob (where applicable).
• To improve app stability and performance via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.

3. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have specific data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to Access: You can request copies of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification: You can request that we correct any inaccurate information.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request that we delete your personal data.
• Right to Data Portability: You can request a transfer of your data to another organization.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for data processing (e.g., by disabling Notification Access in settings).

Our legal basis for processing is "Performance of a Contract" (to provide the app's features) and "Legitimate Interests" (for analytics and security).

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers that process data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google (Firebase, AdMob, Gemini AI)
• Apple (App Store, iCloud)
• RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
• Unity (Analytics and Advertisements)

6. Children's Privacy

Our Products are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Our Products are provided on an "as is" basis. Satisfy Labs is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, data loss, or calculation errors arising from the use of our applications. All risks lie with the user.
